Cartesian robots – Es-IV robots
The top-entry robots of the Es-IV series are particularly appreciated for their excellent value for money.
Thanks to the high number of standard functions (operative modes), which allow to create very complex sequences, even the less experienced operator can use these robots without any risk.
The “free programming” function allows you to program your own cycle. Programming can be done directly from the touch screen pendant.
Rigidity and precision
All the of the Es-IV robots are equipped with high-quality prismatic guide with special recirculating ball bearings; the drive to the axes is performed by brushless motors which convey the movement by means of toothed belts; these factors guarantee a precision positioning of ± 0,1mm.
The electro-welded steel structure of the three axes ensures a high rigidity which facilitates precision and reduces vibrations to the minimum.
CONTROLLER: STEC-NC2c
It allows to safely operate the robot, reducing errors to the minimum.
