We will be waiting for you on our booth H50 in Hall 6, where we will be showing a X-600VI Cartesian robot.  With its freely programmable STEC-520 controller, it will perform automated chuck change with the precious help of our multipurpose Eins components. Our OX-SB model tool changer will move two different EOATs, positioned on two differently conceived exchange stations. The first one functions with a mechanical hook, model HSAL, while the other one with a magnetic neodymium hook, model HNE-S, thus showing the endless possibilities that Eins offers to the needs of our customers. There will also be a corner with the other models of Eins tool changers, both for three- and six-axes robots, as well as a heat-nipper cut station (GT-NKH20 blades), which allow the cut of transparent, hard polymers or glass fiber plastics without any crack.

On R.P. Injection’s booth, number I43, we will be showing a XW-1000VI model robot with a freely programmable STEC-520 controller, installed on a Toyo injection moulding machine, model Si 180-6: the robot will extract square lids from a 12 cavity-mould in an about 7-second-long cycle with an EOAT entirely made with Eins components.

Finally, we will be present on BMB’s booth, number J51, where we will display a ZXW-1000VI robot with freely programmable STEC-520 controller and an extended 1200mm-long vertical arm. This robot will be installed on an eKW-20Pi injection moulding machine and it will extract 2 margarine tubs in a 3,5 seconds-cycle. Like in the previous edition, this year too the robot’s controller will be visible and enabled on the injection moulding machine’s screen: this solution allows to easily control the entire automated system from a single screen, which represents an Industry 4.0-style IMM-Robot integration.
